Job Duties:

Assume duties of CEO and formulate or approve policies and programs related to the execution of strategic business goals and expansion plans
Govern branch managers and oversee all managers including hiring
Meet with branch managers to discuss business goals and ensure business development plans are being implemented
Coordinate with branch managers to ensure each branches operating efficiently and in the best interests of the company
Represent the company in expansion plans and community events.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business
5 years related experience
Investment $200,000 CAD – controlling share in company

Wage: $60 per hour

Hours per week: 35
