We, CONSON TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. are looking for a full-time, Permanent Business General Manager.

Salary: C$96,000/yr based on 40hrs/week
Benefit: 4 weeks paid vacation
Work Settings: Office settings with Marketing & Sales of medical detective products
Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related Studies
Experience: At least 3-5 years related working experience
Language: English

Job Description
-Involve in Marketing & Sales strategies including identifying target markets, and developing pricing strategies for the overall success of the company
-Analyze sales data to make decisions about the direction of the business
-Oversee the budget and manage expenses including budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flows
-Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the business
-Coordinate meetings with clients, and associates, etc. on a regular basis
-Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
-Communicate and resolve issues related to complaints from clients, associates, etc.
-Hire and train new staff and lower-level managers
