Skill Requirements:

Education, Experience & Qualifications:
Completion of high school is required

College Program/ Diploma in marketing
or
Equivalent several years of experience in marketing

Languages:
English

Job Duties:

·         Managing, supervising, and coordinating direct marketing campaigns for Ricky’s

·         Designing, developing and executing new marketing campaign concepts and subsequently implementing strategies

·         Preparing and presenting market research briefs and sales reports

·         Assisting in contract negotiation, creating and placing media ads, and launching campaign

·         Writing, editing, and uploading engaging content to various online platforms

·         Developing pricing strategies for products or services to be marketed and ensuring a balanced budget

·         Conducting market research to determine market segments’ specific needs, habits, interests, and other strategic factors for designing targeted marketing campaign

·         Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material.

·         Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals

·         Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases

Skills:
Must have good concentration and conceptual skills.

Detail-oriented, methodical, and trustworthy. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and comply with specific standards.
Must be skilled at communicating with co-workers and clients.
