Wage: $ 17.00-$19 per hr, 35-40 hrs per week, plus 4% remuneration for vacation pay of gross salary

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Secondary (High) School Certificate or equivalent experience

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years

Language:  English

Work Setting:  Fast Food Restaurant

Specific Skills:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare and submit reports
