Location: Tim Hortons, 10206 – 100 St. Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 3K1
Salary: 17.00 hourly (as per service and experience in the company increments may be available)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time; 30 to 40 hours per Week
Must be available to work any shift including Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Weekend, holidays. ($2 premium if worked the overnight shift – 10.30pm to 7am)
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: education is an asset.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café environment
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate (can be obtained after commencing employment)
Work setting: Restaurant, Café
Prepare and cook food including sandwiches, wraps, salads, rice bowls, soup, chilies, poutine, pastries, sausage, bacon, ham, chicken, rosed beef, turkey etc.
Prepare, mix, store, fill ingredients such as sauces, condiments, cream cheese, butter etc. for the food items.
Crack fresh eggs and prepare for food preparation and cook food with it.
Prepare items such as wrap, bagel, bread, biscuit etc. according to daily requirements.
Wash, cut vegetables such as tomato, cucumber, onion, lettuce etc.
Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
Operate convection oven to prepare food items such as sausage patis, potato wedges.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Ensure the quality and safety of food products in all stages of production.
Contribute to a supportive and positive work environment.
Supervise and give direction to junior team members.
Ensure the completion of required documentation such as daily meal temperature sheet, daily fridge and freezer temperature.
Assist in receiving deliveries ensuring all supplies are checked for quality, labeled, stored, and rotated properly.
Operate food preparation equipment such as oven, food slicer, deep frier, griller etc.
Have knowledge of special customer requirements including but not limited to vegan, vegetarian, carb, count, allergies, nutrition etc. and have skills to create these meals safely.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Clean kitchen, work areas including restaurant area and surroundings.
Any other duties as assigned.
