• Key Duties and Responsibilities:

–       Prepare and cook dishes and side dishes from the menu

–       Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies or in tolerances

–       Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements

–       Manage kitchen operations

–       Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas

–       Estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies

–       Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas

• Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required

• Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required

• Flexible work shift: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, shift, Flexible hours
