• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes and side dishes from the menu
• Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies or in tolerances
• Plan menus and determine size of food portions, measure and mix ingredients according
to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment
• Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
• Check the quality of raw and cooked products
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
• Estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies
• Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Manage kitchen operations
• Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Language: English
• Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required
