Tasks:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Establish work schedules and procedures
Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales, and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure food service and quality control
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers complaints or concerns
Prepare and submit reports
Supervision : 3 to 4 people
