Nail and Spa Salon Supervisor

Busy Icon Nails and Spa in Surrey, British Columbia is looking for a full-time, permanent (40 hr) Nail & Spa Salon Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities, working turns for manicurist/pedicurist in the salon

· Monitor quality of production from manicurist/pedicurist in the salon

· Establish work schedule and procedures for the salon

· Resolve customers’ feedbacks and work-related issues

· Train new staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy

· Order materials and supplies.

· Oversee cleaning and hygiene of the salon

· May support co-workers during busy time if needed.

And:

· Strong interpersonal & relationship skills

· High school diploma

· 1+ year of related experience is required.

· Completion of nail related courses is an asset

· Ability to work on a flexible schedule

Remuneration:

· $22.5 per/hr for 40 hours per week
