Main duties:
1.Schedule daily appointments, meetings, work arrangements for the Legal Affairs Executive, and prepare corresponding work documents.
2.Receive, forward and reply to all kinds of letters, materials and emails promptly and accurately.
3.Prepare, distribute, present and organize correspondence, legal documents, minutes, reports and business contracts.
4.Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
5.Utilize knowledge of legal records and procedures and frequently controlling confidential materials and documents.
6.Corporate minute book upkeep including the maintenance of director and shareholder resolutions and share certificates.
7.Participate in business origination and organization.
8.Coordinate and follow up on all communications in a professional and thorough manner.
9.Create closing binders to complex corporate transactions.
10.Learn and become familiar with all companies under corporate umbrella.
11.Perform other general office tasks and optimize office processes and routines as needed.
12.Supervise and train other staff in other departments to comply with legal procedures and use the latest software.
Working hours:
35h/week
Requirements:
1.Completion of secondary school.
2.At least 2 years of legal related work experience.
