Main duties:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including but not limited to managing relationships, facilitating and scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Develop and coordinate administrative policies and procedures for the CFO.
3. Collect, organize and analyze company‘s financial data in accordance with CFO's requirements to form financial tables, summaries, reports, contracts and internal and external meeting documents.
4. Process expense reports, track budgets, and assist in financial reporting as needed.
5. Oversee day-to-day office operations for the CFO, including managing equipment and facility use to ensure a productive work environment.
6. Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, effectively representing the company's interests.
7. All CFO communication management.
8. Participate in various topic discussions on behalf of the CFO and propose/evaluate action plans, record discussion content and results, and submit meeting minutes to the CFO in a timely manner.
9. Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and offsite meetings, and coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external meetings.
10. Support the CFO in various special projects, research assignments, and ad-hoc tasks to drive strategic objectives.
Working hours:
35h/week
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. At least 2 years of administrative experience.
