Responsibilities:
o Prepare, proofread, and process insurance applications, financial reports, investment forms, and correspondence using word processing tools.
o Set up and maintain manual and electronic filing systems for client records, insurance policies, and financial portfolios.
o Greet clients and respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries and forward them to the concerned persons.
o Schedule and confirm client appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with dealers and clients.
o Enter and update client information, financial data, and policy details.
o Sort, organize, and maintain confidential records related to insurance coverage, investment plans, and retirement portfolios.
o Open and distribute incoming mail and email; coordinate internal communications and workflow between advisors, insurers, and clients.
o Track and follow up on pending client documents, signatures, renewals, or compliance requirements.
o Maintain up-to-date calendars for the director, insurance agents, and advisors.
o Assist with preparing invoices, processing payments, and monitoring expenses.
o Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
