Restaurant Manager – Authentic Thai Leadership Opportunity
Soontorn-Bahn-Thai in Oakville, Ontario invites a qualified and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join its team in a full-time leadership role. The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage budgets, guide and train staff, support strong supplier relationships, and uphold a high standard of customer service. Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of relevant restaurant industry experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence. This permanent position offers $36.25 per hour, along with full relocation support for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities/ Tasks
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff / Train staff
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Leading/instructing individuals
Address customers' complaints or concerns / Provide customer service
