Tasks: Plan and organize daily operations, Supervise staff, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers, Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory, Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items, Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Supervision: 3-4 people
