Chef de Partie – Finkle Street Dining (Casual Fine Dining Restaurant)*

We are a casual fine dining restaurant seeking a dedicated and skilled *Chef
de Partie* to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate
about food, thrives in a professional kitchen environment, and can execute
consistently at a high standard while working collaboratively with our team.

*Responsibilities*
Prepare and execute dishes to the restaurant’s standards of quality,
presentation, and timeliness.
Manage and maintain your assigned station during prep and service.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with
Ontario health and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management, rotation, and minimizing food waste.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with prep lists, daily service
needs, and special events.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest
experience.

*Minimum Qualifications & Experience*
Minimum *2 years of experience* in a professional kitchen, preferably in a casual fine dining or upscale dining environment.
Culinary diploma or equivalent experience considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and HACCP standards.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
