Nakhon Thai is seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Thai cuisine, along with a proven ability to manage business schedules and supervise both front-of-house and kitchen staff. Expertise in all aspects of Thai restaurant operations is essential, including staff training, inventory control, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required to maintain efficient day-to-day operations and uphold our high standards of quality and hospitality.

Tasks
· Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
· Evaluate daily operations
· Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
· Monitor staff performance
· Plan and organize daily operations

· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Conduct performance reviews
