Work must be completed at the physical location/ work site. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
· Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
· Plan, organize, and oversee daily site operations to meet project timelines and specifications.
· Assist in preparing construction schedules, budgets, and project milestones; monitor progress and costs.
· Arrange for materials, equipment, and necessary permits required for site activities.
· Inspect work areas, equipment, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
· Resolve on-site issues, labour disputes, and scheduling conflicts to maintain workflow.
· Train and oversee workers; evaluate performance and maintain productivity records.
· Ensure work is completed according to plans, codes, and company standards.
· Implement quality control measures and address deficiencies as they arise.
· Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients.
· Coordinate revisions or changes with project managers, architects, and suppliers.
