Main Duties:
1. Order office supplies and maintain office equipment
2. Organize and file company documents and signed contracts
3. Organize meetings or conferences and record meeting minutes
4. Establish and maintain international student information/data systems to facilitate daily work and provide support to colleagues
5. Respond to inquiries from international students, parents, guardians, schools or educational institutions in person, by phone and by email
6. Communicate with schools and educational institutions to check students' learning behavior and provide this information to parents or guardians
7. Organize events and presentations to showcase primary and secondary school applications
8. Identify students' needs and goals, advise students, and provide students with ongoing support regarding home-stay arrangements, health insurance plan applications, course/program selection, etc.
9. Organize student transfers to and from the airport
10. Assist and support the company in placing international students with local families and help home-stay students with problems that arise
Work Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
