Jena Industries Inc. continues to grow, we are currently looking for a full-time Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time year-round position.

$80,745.60 Per Annum ($38.82 Per hour)
· 4% Vacation pay accrual every payroll/ 10 vacation days per year on accrual.

Job Summary
The Industrial Systems Technologist will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and managing materials and components used in the fabrication of industrial paint finishing equipment and industrial HVAC systems. Working from engineered drawing packages provided by the Jena Industries Engineering Group, the incumbent will ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and seamless integration between production, procurement, and customer systems.
This position plays a key role in implementing and managing customer-specific inventory management control systems both at Jena Industries’ facility and at customer sites.
Main Duties
Review and interpret engineered drawing packages and bills of materials (BOMs) to identify all required parts and materials.
Source and procure components related to hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical systems to support fabrication and assembly.
Verify existing inventory levels and issue purchase orders for required items to ensure uninterrupted production and timely equipment delivery.
Implement, manage, and continuously improve inventory control systems, both on-site and at customer locations.
Create and maintain customer-specific inventory management control systems integrated with customers’ production, inventory, and ERP systems.
Monitor inventory accuracy, analyze usage data, and prepare reports to support production planning and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with the engineering, fabrication, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and production scheduling.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor inventory processes and support customer system integration.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with Jena Industries and customer protocols.
Requirements
Completion of a college diploma in industrial engineering technology, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
Experience in inventory control, production coordination, or industrial manufacturing environments, is an asset.
Knowledge of inventory and ERP systems; ability to integrate and manage control systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components used in industrial systems.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
