Salary: $79,953.75 per annum less all deductions required by law, paid bi-weekly.

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time: 35 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefits: Discounted hotel stays, Will be eligible to be covered by The Company’s benefit plan subject to the premium cost sharing arrangement in place as per current Hotel practice.
Employment conditions: Must be flexible to work, mornings, days, some evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as per business needs.

Education: a university degree
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Identify financial goals and objectives of the hotel.
· Prepare financial information for the company and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
· Prepare reports and audit findings.
· Plan, set up and administer accounting systems.
· Supervise and Train staff.
· Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control.
· Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, etc.
· Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices.
· Conduct field audits of businesses to ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, the Canadian Business Corporations Act or other statutory requirements
· Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure.
· Prepare income tax returns from accounting records
· Examine and analyze journal and ledger entries, bank statements, Inventories, expenditures and other accounting and financial records.
· Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
· Variance analysis.
· Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
· Oversee payroll administration.
· Any other duties as business needs.
