Responsibilities:
Prepare general ledger
Manage accounts receivable
Manage accounts payable
Open and close books for auditors
Prepare bank reconciliations
Invoice clients
Store, update and retrieve financial data
Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
Perform general office duties
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Prepare financial statements and reports
Prepare reports
Experience and specialization: Computer and technology knowledge of:
MS Excel
MS Word
MS Windows
Additional information: Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Transportation/travel information: Own transportation
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks, Sitting, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines
Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
