Job Duties
Supervise and coordinate kitchen and food service staff.
Ensure that food is prepared and served according to company standards.
Maintain inventory and order food, kitchen supplies, and equipment as required.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and occupational health standards.
Train and schedule staff; provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Inspect food preparation areas and services to ensure cleanliness and adherence to regulations.
Job Requirements
Completion of secondary school required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory food service role.
Strong understanding of Canadian food safety standards and regulations.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
