Job Duties
Prepare and cook full meals or individual dishes according to QHub’s menu.
Ensure quality control and food presentation for all catered events and regular orders.
Oversee kitchen operations including cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Assist with catering orders and food preparation for mobile bar service.
Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure food is stored and prepared safely.
Job Requirements
Completion of secondary school preferred.
Minimum 6 months of commercial cooking or catering experience.
Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, food handling, and food safety.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
Strong team collaboration and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
