Job details:
– Language: English
– Education: Bachelor’s degree
– Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
– Wage: 33.60 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Tasks:
– Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
– Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manualand computerized bookkeeping systems
– Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
– Post journal entries
– Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
– Prepare trial balance of books
– Reconcile accounts
Skills requirement: Familiarity with the four primary financial statements: the balance sheet (statement of financial position), income statement (statement of operations/profit and loss), cash flow statement, and statement of shareholders’ equity.
Softwares Proficiency: Caseware, Sage 50, Sage 300, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop Accountant, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro for management tasks, Sharepoint Cloud Server.
