Requirements:
· Completion of high school
· 2 years’ experience in sales is required
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, teamwork, and multitasking environment
· Efficient interpersonal skills, oral communication and written communication skills
· Client focus and team player
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate sales staff
· Assign duties to sales staff and prepare their schedules
· Develop and maintain client relationship, promote company services
· Solve issues such as customer complaints and supply shortage
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Train new sales staff and monitor their performance
· Prepare sales reports and project quotations
· Promote value-added services and additional solutions based on client needs
· May perform the same duties as staff supervised
