Job title:

Your role:
· Establish and coordinate administrative procedures and internal policies to support the Tax Team's operational efficiency
· Schedule and organize meetings for internal and clients, including preparing
agendas, booking meeting spaces, and confirming attendance
· Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of client documentation both digitally and in hard copy for internal reviews and external mailing
· Analyze incoming requests, internal submissions, and documentation to ensure
timely follow-up and compliance with internal protocols
· Collaborate closely with partners and team members to track progress and
coordinate workload to meet strict filing deadlines
· Liaise with clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure
accurate communication and timely exchange of information
· Conduct basic research and compile data for preparation of internal summaries, memos, and briefing documents
· Support executives by maintaining organizational systems and proactively flagging any issues or delays in project execution
· Support travel and event coordination, organizing logistics for both internal and client-facing events, ensuring all details are handled professionally and with attention to detail
· Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BTNS standards.
· Collaborate on different projects, as assigned, relating to audit, accounting, tax, valuation and other specialty services
· Foster a positive work culture by embracing BTNS’s values of collaboration, growth, and service excellence, supporting both internal teams and clients in every aspect of your role
What you bring to the table:
· Completion of college diploma or bachelor’s degree
· 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or client services role, with a demonstrated track record of successful project administration and driving process improvements
· Familiarity with tax compliance processes, audit procedures, and accounting principles, with the ability to effectively contribute to team-based projects. Experience in these areas is considered an asset
· Experience in assisting with the preparation of tax returns, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance with relevant tax regulations
· Strong leadership and initiative with the ability to take ownership of projects and process changes, collaborating effectively across teams to implement operational improvements
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, handle complex tasks, and maintain attention to detail
· Client-first mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships with both internal teams and clients
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing both collaborative and individual responsibilities with ease
· Professionalism and poise in all communications, with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity
