Full-time Position
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Hours of Work: Minimum 35 hours per week
Overtime: As per Alberta Employment Standards
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Description / Main Duties
The Cook will perform the following duties, including but not limited to:
Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes according to standardized recipes
Prepare Korean-inspired menu items such as ddeokbokki and other hot food items
Set up and oversee kitchen workstations
Ensure quality control, portion control, and presentation of food
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Clean kitchen areas and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Perform other related duties as assigned
Employment Requirements
Education: High school graduation required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience as a cook or line cook
Language: Ability to communicate in English
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
