Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the dine-in/take-out food service establishment
- Orders food ingredients and other related supplies, if necessary
- Coordinates and supervises work shifts/schedules and work activities of staff
- Assists in the process of hiring of new staff, if necessary
- Performs daily inventory counts and records of both necessary and wasted supplies/stock, sales, etc.
- Approaches with the best possible solutions when encountered with potential conflicts/issues, such as customer complaints, shortage of stock/inventory, etc.
- Assists in the development process of restaurant procedures and policies, if necessary
- Trains and mentors new and current employees on workplace safety, sanitation and job duties
- Ensures that health and safety regulations as well as quality control standards are being met
Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications
- Secondary school graduation certificate required
- Several years of previous experience in food preparation/handling required

Wage
- Salary: $30 per hour for 30~40 hours a week at 52 weeks a year
