We are seeking a highly skilled Floor Tile Layer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality tile installations.
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled, following design plans
- Prepare and clean surfaces to be tiled
- Cut and shape tiles to fit around obstacles and into intricate patterns
- Lay tiles with precision, ensuring proper alignment and spacing
- Apply grout and finish to achieve a polished look
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Floor Tile Layer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in using tile-cutting tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
