We are looking for well experienced Food Service Supervisors for our Wild Wing located at 660 Atherley Rd Orillia, ON L3V 1P2 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
Overall supervision of the online food sales portal, food take-out orders and food delivery- operation including the staff members and drivers during the shift.
Responsible for smooth food service and timely execution of customer order.
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and food collection areas.
Make a schedule of staff based on customer rush.
Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.
Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.
Ensure hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service during shift.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) School or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 19.25 to $ 20.25 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
