Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary School Education is required
· 2-3 years of experience is required
· Strong time management and scheduling skills to manage multiple job sites and tasks
· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented construction environment
· Reliable, organized, and able to follow company policies and work procedures
Responsibilities:
· Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily siding and sundeck construction activities at residential and commercial job sites
· Coordinate work schedules and ensure construction activities are completed according to project timelines
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work specifications related to exterior construction projects
· Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies required for siding and sundeck installation projects
· Lead and instruct construction workers, helpers, and labourers to ensure work is performed efficiently and to quality standards
· Train or arrange training for workers on job-specific tasks, company procedures, and safety requirements
· Ensure that health and safety regulations and company safety policies are strictly followed at all job sites
· Monitor work progress, address work-related issues, and recommend corrective measures to improve productivity
