Requirements:
· Completion of a Secondary Education
· Program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
· 2 years of experience in the food service industry
· Effective interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and dependability
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the restaurant
· Help plan, organize, and coordinate staff schedules
· Support in maintaining inventory and monitoring supplies
· Ensure staff follow health & safety regulations
· Address minor customer concerns and escalate issues when required
· Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff
· Monitor staff performance and report to the Manager
