Requirements
· Completion of Secondary school
· 2 years of experience is required
· Efficient interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
· Dependable and able to work well in a team
Responsibilities
· Supervise and guide carpentry workers on job sites to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
· Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work activities and crew schedules to meet project timelines.
· Monitor job site operations and ensure all health and safety procedures are strictly followed.
· Develop and implement work methods to improve efficiency and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
· Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to provide clear instructions to workers.
· Identify material and supply requirements and arrange for timely ordering to support ongoing projects.
