Job Description
JJK-GROUP is seeking an experienced Cabinetmakers Foreman/Woman to join our growing team in Mississauga. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a skilled professional who can supervise production staff, coordinate projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship while meeting schedules and safety standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing workflow, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise cabinetmaking workers and ongoing projects
Coordinate, assign, and schedule daily activities
Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed
Establish efficient methods to meet production and work schedules
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Monitor quality control and ensure project standards are met
Requirements
Language: English
Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work independently on-site
Work Environment
Work must be completed at the physical location
No remote work option available
Early morning, morning, and day shifts
