Job Duties:
· Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the subordinate staff and cashiers.
· Assign tasks to the subordinate staff.
· Assist the subordinate staff and cashiers in carrying out their duties efficiently.
· Authorize payments and the return of items and merchandise.
· Resolve customer issues and complaints.
· Assist in maintaining records of inventories.
· Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
· Arrange training of new sales staff, monitor and prepare reports of their performance and share the same with the management.
· Ensure the subordinate staff are adhering to the policies and standards of the Shoppers Drug Mart.
· Ensure the physical appearance of the store is maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness
Job Responsibilities:
Secondary School education would be an asset.
6+ months of experience in the related field would be an asset.
