Title of the position: Food Service Supervisor – NOC 62020
Number of positions available: one.
Term of employment: 35h to 40h per week – full time – permanent position.
Language: English.
Wage: C$20.15 per hour.

Job Duties
· Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
· Managing Staff: Training and supervising team members to ensure optimal performance.
· Maintaining Food Safety and Cleanliness: Enforcing health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
· Handling Customer Complaints: Addressing and resolving customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Managing Inventory: managing stock to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked.
· Ensuring Quality Control: Making sure that food preparation and presentation meet established standards.
Requirements
· 1 to 2 years experience in a supervisory position in restaurant settings.
· High School Diploma.
· Familiar with industry best practices.
· Basic written and verbal communication skills.
· Organizational skills.
· Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
· Ability to work as a team member.
· Follow direction and instructions.
