Job Duties:
l Supervise and coordinate servers during daily operations
l Schedule staff and ensure adequate service coverage
l Maintain service quality and follow restaurant policies
l Train staff on service procedures and standards
l Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist customers
l Handle bills and process payments
Skills requirements.
l Completion of secondary school
l College training in hospitality/food service or 1–2 years of relevant experience required
