Salary: $20.00 to 20.50 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week
Benefits: The employee will receive health benefits and 10 business days of vacation per year. Vacation pay will be calculated at 4% of the gross salary.

On Site: Work must be completed at physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
Tasks
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Work with minimal supervision
