Located at 7 Cheryl Lynn Lane in Lynden (On the road – travel required) My Daily Dose Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Business Services Officer / Business Coordinator to support business-to-business outreach and operational coordination within our pharmacy and pharmaceuticals services. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support institutional client relationships, coordinate service agreements, and assist with administrative and budgeting functions across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
Implement and improve administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are met
Assist in preparing operating budgets; maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Monitor and evaluate administrative processes
Plan and control budgets and expenditures
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Support coordination of services with institutional clients (e.g., seniors’ residences, care facilities)
Travel to client sites as required

Requirements
Language: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related administrative/business coordination role
