Located at 7 Cheryl Lynn Lane in Lynden (On the road – travel required) My Daily Dose Pharmacy is seeking a Business Services Officer to support the coordination and expansion of services to institutional healthcare clients, including long-term care facilities and senior residences.
This role involves working directly with healthcare partners to coordinate service delivery, support client onboarding, and maintain ongoing business relationships within the pharmaceutical services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support service delivery to institutional healthcare clients (e.g. long-term care homes, assisted living facilities)
- Liaise with client representatives to ensure service requirements are met and maintained
- Assist with onboarding new client accounts and maintaining service agreements
- Monitor service performance and respond to client inquiries and operational needs
- Support pricing discussions, contract coordination, and service adjustments
- Travel to client sites as required to support business operations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities
- Assist management in evaluating service delivery processes and identifying improvements

- Education: College diploma or higher in business, administration, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a business services, client coordination, or business-to-business (B2B) role
Preferred / Asset Qualifications:
- Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or institutional clients
- Experience supporting business client relationships or service delivery
- Experience in client-facing or field-based roles
- Familiarity with long-term care or healthcare service environments
