Job Details
Tasks:
- Prepare and cook menu items during service (line cooking).
- Complete daily kitchen prep, including chopping, portioning, and setting up your station.
- Assemble and plate dishes neatly and consistently according to our standards.
- Handle closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing stations. Sweeping and mopping of floors.
- Help with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as putting away deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining inventory of ingredients.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Repetitive tasks. Work with minimal Supervision

Skills Requirements
Education: Secondary education is usually required.
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years cooking experience or related experience in the food service industry. Food Safety Certificate is a must.
