Responsibilities

Tasks
A skilled Millwork Installer reads, measures, cuts, assembles, and installs custom wood products—such as cabinetry, trim, molding, wall panels, and fixtures—on various job sites
Operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers and shapers, to cut, shape and form parts and components
Study plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made
Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit and reinforce joints
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Supervise other workers
