(Executive Housekeeper)
We are looking for a well experienced Executive Housekeeper for “Quality Inn & Suites Kingston” located at 1530 Robinson Court, Kingston, ON K7P 0K4, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
Direct and manage all housekeeping department operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel brand and cleanliness standards.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the activities of housekeeping supervisors and room attendants to ensure efficient daily operations.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with quality assurance and health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and service standards to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and performance expectations.
Prepare departmental budgets, control labour costs, and maintain financial records related to housekeeping operations.
Select, purchase, and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment and report facility issues to appropriate departments.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards, sanitation regulations, and hotel operational policies.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more experience as Executive Housekeeping or relevant fields.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $22.73 Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
