We are looking for an experienced Cook for Aramark 1717 Dundas St Woodstock, ON N4S 7V9, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook large-batch meals and menu items using standardized recipes for employee cafeteria and corporate dining service.
Operate commercial kitchen equipment such as combi ovens, steam kettles, industrial grills, and convection ovens to produce high-volume food items.
Maintain hot-holding stations and service line food trays to support continuous meal service for shift-based employees.
Portion, plate, and replenish prepared foods on cafeteria service lines to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Assist in daily food preparation activities including ingredient preparation, vegetable cutting, sauce preparation, and bulk food production.
Monitor food temperatures and storage conditions to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Receive and store food supplies, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and inventory control to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more experience as a Cook or equivalent.
Language: English.
Hourly Rate: $19.38 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week.
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
