• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily front desk and accommodation service operations of the hotel
- Supervise, schedule, and train front desk staff to ensure consistent delivery of guest services
- Manage room reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and maintain front desk performance standards and guest satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and staffing for management review
- Ensure front desk policies and procedures comply with company standards and applicable regulations
- Handle cash, credit transactions, and prepare daily financial reconciliations
- Respond to escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required; post-secondary education in hospitality management or a related field is an asset
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required
• Language: English
