Alpha Elite Construction Ltd. is looking for 2 full-time and permanent Framer Carpenter at Location 14637 109 Avenue Surrey, BC V3R 1Y6.
Compensation:
Salary- 36.70/hr for 35 hours/week.
Overtime- 1.5 times after 8hrs/day or 40 hrs/ week which ever comes first.
Vacation Pay- 4%.
Job Description: -
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
Instruct apprentices
Supervise other workers
Estimate costs and materials
Employment Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required. At least one- or two-year’s experience in construction field
