As our contracts expand and service demands continue to grow across Ontario and throughout Canada, we are seeking a Systems Administrator to strengthen our infrastructure, enhance service reliability, and support our clients’ evolving technical needs.
Position Overview:
The Systems Administrator will deliver technical support, troubleshooting, and responsive customer assistance across diverse client environments. This position is based in the GTA and requires regular travel to client sites throughout the GTA and Ontario, with occasional travel across Canada to provide hands‑on technical support. In addition to on‑site work, the Systems Administrator will provide remote support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, proactive system maintenance, and consistent service delivery across all supported environments.
Main Duties:
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, cloud connected networks and hybrid infrastructures.
Evaluate install and upgrade computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and software applications
Operate master consoles to track computer systems and networks and to coordinate access and use of computer networks
Provide problem-solving and technical support services to network users including remote and onsite troubleshooting
Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records
Perform routine data backups and conduct quality control checks on network systems, hardware, and software deployments.
Perform shell scripting or other basic scripting tasks to automate routine processes, streamline system administration, and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in planning and executing network expansions, cloud integrations, cybersecurity enhancements, and system modernization initiatives.

· Expert troubleshooting abilities, capable of identifying and resolving complex network, hardware, and software issues
· Preventative maintenance skills at an expert level to prevent outages and ensure continuous system reliability.
· Strong instructional skills to train end users in end‑users on network procedures, security protocols, and equipment usage.
· High‑level operation and control abilities, managing system configurations, access controls, and operational workflows to maintain secure and efficient network operations.gh‑level monitoring skills to track system performance, detect anomalies, and respond to alerts using enterprise‑grade tools.
Ability to respond to end‑user requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, or in person
Ability to conduct routine system health checks and maintenance tasks
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
· Willingness to travel to client locations as required
Employment Requirements:
· Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or any related field
1-2 years experience

Wage: $36.15 per hour for 35 to 40 hours per week. (Overtime after 44 hours per week)
