(Food Services Manager)
We are looking for experienced Food Services Managers for INK Entertainment Group. The head office is located at 144 Bloor Street West, 7th Floor Toronto, ON M5S 1M4 Canada. You may be required to work at other locations in the Toronto region.

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily food and beverage operations across restaurant and hospitality venues to ensure efficient service and premium guest experiences.
Implement operational policies and service standards aligned with upscale dining and nightlife environments.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and service staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel.
Coordinate service operations during peak dining periods, nightlife programming, and high-volume events to maintain seamless guest service.
Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning, pricing strategies, and seasonal offerings aligned with venue concepts and customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and service supplies, coordinating procurement and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost control.
Ensure compliance with public health regulations, workplace safety standards, and liquor licensing requirements governing restaurant and bar operations.
Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational budgets, monitor revenues and expenditures, and implement cost-control strategies to support profitability targets.
Coordinate private events, promotions, and venue activations in collaboration with marketing and event teams.
Maintain operational records including sales reports, inventory logs, and staff performance documentation for management review.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary School certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years in the food industry.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
