Accommodation Service Manager
We are looking for “Accommodation Service Manager” for Days Inn Stouffville located at 38 Ringwood Drive Stouffville, ON L4A 8C1, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
Direct and coordinate all accommodation operations for the hotel, including front desk services, housekeeping, guest relations, and property maintenance to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the lodging facility.
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance guest experience, including management of reservations, room allocations, check-in and check-out processes, and guest service standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
Oversee the performance of the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services teams by supervising staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high levels of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor occupancy levels, room availability, and booking trends to optimize room inventory, maximize revenue, and ensure efficient accommodation utilization during peak travel periods and local events.
Manage guest service operations including responding to escalated guest inquiries, resolving service issues, and implementing service recovery strategies to maintain positive guest experiences and online reputation.
Coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure rooms, corridors, and public areas meet cleanliness, safety, and brand quality standards, and verify that daily room inspections are completed.
Oversee hotel amenities and guest facilities including meeting rooms, fitness areas, and common spaces to ensure they remain functional, properly maintained, and aligned with guest expectations.
Establish and enforce operational policies for safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to hospitality standards, health regulations, and company operational protocols.
Analyze operational performance reports, guest feedback, and service metrics to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement operational enhancements to increase guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more experience as a Manager in a relevant field or equivalent.
Language: English.
Hourly Rate: $40.59 for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
