To support our continued expansion and strengthen our digital footprint, our Mississauga location at 121–377 Burnhamthorpe Road is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and digital strategy. This role is essential to increasing patient acquisition, improving online visibility, and ensuring our clinics remain competitive in the local dental market. As a Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. A major focus of the role is search engine optimization, including keyword research, technical SEO improvements, and performance monitoring to ensure our clinics rank prominently in local search results. The position also involves managing online advertising campaigns, enhancing patient engagement, and maintaining accurate, high‑quality website content that supports our marketing objectives. This role requires advanced digital marketing knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage campaigns and SEO initiatives that directly influence business growth, clinic reputation, and patient volume.
DUTIES
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote dental services across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns to increase website traffic, engagement, and patient conversions.
Manage post campaign analysis prepare performance reports to support data driven decision making
Develop and maintain social media accounts including customer reviews and testimonials
Analyze performance metrics and prepare data‑driven reports for continuous improvement.
Create engaging digital content for social media and online platforms.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments to maintain a positive brand image.
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Organize events for publicity and patient outreach
Coordinate content creation including blogs, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Update and maintain company’s website
Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices
Lead SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, link-building strategies and technical SEO enhancements.
Troubleshoot minor website issues and coordinate with developers for advanced fixes.
Monitor search engine rankings, website analytics, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to patient reviews and comments across digital platforms.
· Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing campaigns.
· Implement technical improvements that enhance website performance, responsiveness, and SEO compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications or any related field.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
Experience with content creation and social media management.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
EXPERIENCE
· 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
· Experience with website updates or front‑end development is an asset.
