About the Position
Subway in Manning is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to support daily operations and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and experienced in food service.
What You’ll Do
l Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare and portion food
l Establish and maintain work schedules
l Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
l Ensure food and service quality standards are met
l Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
l Prepare and submit reports
l Oversee tray assembly and food trolley delivery
What You Bring
l Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
l 2–3 years of experience in the food service industry
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills
l Ability to work under pressure and stand for extended periods
l Attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability
l Client-focused attitude and initiative
